Rules and Regulations of Hells Fury -- IMPORTANT - READ!!

Listed below are the rules which are to be followed while you belong to Hells Fury, read them carefully and live by them.


1. YOU MUST BE ACTIVE! (Active means you are on at least once every two days).

2. The Guild's overall bankroll is something we take seriously; in order for structures to function, for us to hire mercenaries, and for other functions specific to the guild, we have a Guild Tax in place, which means that everytime you kill a monster/creature, a portion of your rewarded gold goes to the Guild. This will slightly ease the burden of worrying too much about our guild's bankroll. ALSO, extra donations to the Guild beyond the tax are also mandatory; try to donate as regularly as possible...again, we ALL benefit from the guild's structures, so do your part to help and contribute. Both the tax, and the gold deposited by our members will help keep the structures that we currently have running, and gives us the option to upgrade others. NOTE: THESE TWO RULES ARE TO BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO BY ALL GUILD MEMBERS! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION BEING TAKEN ON THE OFFENDER!

3. Need Buffs?!....no problem; but USE PMs, NOT GUILD CHAT!

4. We DO NOT accept any type of racial, sexual, or verbal abuse..either towards another member via PM - OR - in Guild Chat. If you have an issue with another guild member, bring it up with a Guild Founder or a High Council member.

5. NO CHAT SPAMMING!!! If you need to send a mass message, ONCE IS ENOUGH! Remember that everyone else online has to stop what they are doing and check that message, and that everyone receives an Attack Group message when a new attack group is being formed, so you do not need to use chat or a mass asking people to join your group..as those that can, will. Those that can’t are either offline or low on stamina.

6. DO NOT ask to be ranked up. The Guild Founder(s), High Council and/or Shadow Enforcers will check regularly to see where our members are, and if they need to be ranked. Remember, we are also doing the same as you are and more, so if we don’t get to you right away, you can bet that it will be done as soon as one of us is online and notices.

7. NO BEGGING!! Don’t beg for gold or FSPs in GC (Guild Chat) or otherwise. If you need to borrow anything, work out a deal with another member. Begging will lead to disciplinary measures being taken.

8. The Guild Store is mainly for SUPER ELITE & LEGENDARY SETS...some Unique and/or Rare items will also be permissible. KEEP COMMON ITEMS OUT OF THE GUILD STORE!! As stated before, any Rare /andor Unique items dropped by creatures other than Elite’s or Champions may also be stored; check with a Founder and/or High Council member before you store anything. All other items are for you to decide what to do with (either sell in AH or destroy). Also, make sure there is always at least 1 slot empty in the GS so that Elite, SE, or Legendary drops have somewhere to go once collected from an Attack Group...from time to time, members will be asked to take items from the GS to clear space.

9. Lastly; Please do not whine or complain, it's aggravating and gets on everybody's nerves...not to mention that it leaves a negative mark on your character.


REMEMBER, ALL RULES ARE THERE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE GUILD. ANYONE FOUND TO BE BREAKING THESE WILL BE DISCIPLINED ACCORDINGLY!! THERE ARE NO SECOND CHANCES!!

- 1st Offense: For Whom the BOOT Tolls
- 2nd Offense: Kicked from guild.

If you are to be away for more than two days please let one of the following guild members know:
Peyrhon, WizRobe, darthstev, DragonX800, gindxb, naikiir, xeslaro, or ontaro.

ALSO ANYONE WHO HAS FRIENDS THAT WISH TO JOIN THE GUILD, STILL MUST APPLY VIA FORUM APPLICATION. MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM TO SAY THAT THEY KNOW YOU IN THE APPLICATION UNDER "RECRUITED BY:".
